The TAAMIN Islamic Insurance company, with capital of 300.000.000 ouguiyas, approved by decree No. 891 of 11/20/89, is based on the principles of Islamic Sharia. It is governed by the legal standards in force in Mauritania, in particular, by the provisions of Law No. 93-40 of July 20, 1993 relating to the insurance code.
